So Loyer is coming in as a senior. I believe there had been some speculation as to whether he’d play one or two years.

My understanding of the college's rules for transferring in credits is that hed need to spend two years at Davidson if he wants to graduate there. Looks like the roster page now reports him as a junior instead of a senior. Im very surprised not to see Michael Katsock on the roster. Hopefully just an omission and not something thats changed since hed announced he was coming to Davidson.

Maybe he has to pick out a number. Given the omission, 86 might be appropriate.

I believe Michael Katsock is a walk on and has to make the roster first. I am however, saddened to hear that our team has lost another person. Hopefully he will come back soon.

Speaking of Brian Sullivan... I just watched part of a 15 minute highlight film of Loyer Foster in high school. It reminded me of Brian. I'd be very happy if he's that good, but I believe he'll exceed those expectations. Don't think the guards in A10 will overpower him like the Big 10 did. I like ths shooting of Jones, Lee and Loyer a lot. Every year we think we have some depth. This year we really may have it. Starting 5 of Luka, Sam, Foster, Lee and Watson. Jones and Huffman 1A and !B. Nelson, Ford and Stymir to get 10+ minutes. Emory?? David?? Better than the 11 and 12 we've had in the past. A10 seems to be better, but we also think that every summer. Obviously Bonnies and Spiders have everyone back. Dayton picked up some good new players. It'll be fun.

The spelling of Styrmir’s name has been corrected in most places. Still one lingering “Stymir” as of this moment in the second paragraph of the incoming class announcement. It says:

Foster Loyer, Chris Ford, Desmond Watson and Stymir Thrastarson are joining the Wildcats for the upcoming season.
