Davidson: “They stand out to me because of how they are making me a priority. Having the chance to possibly follow in Steph’s (Curry) footsteps and have a chance at his records while playing in a great system for guards. He is arguably one of the greatest ever. He didn’t take the “high major” route to get where he is now. I think the A10 is an underrated league. They always get to the tournament, and that’s my ultimate goal wherever I go. Coach (Will) Reigel and Coach (Matt) McKillop are recruiting me.”

He has so many great programs interested in him that Im trying not to keep my expectations/hopes tempered, but it has to be a good sign that he mentions wanting to take another trip out to campus. “I’m looking at setting up visits with Northwestern, Vandy, Notre Dame, and Nebraska,” Friedrichsen said. “I want to get to Davidson again too.”

He has committed to SC State and will enroll this year.
