2. Draw two defenders, space the floor, distribute to the open shot. It's scary how easy it is. It's even more scary how no one seems to understand how to beat a zone anymore.

I notice our rebounders often wind up on the ground after missing a rebound. Not going straight up? Opposing players pulling the chair out from under them? Poor technique or balance? Short, non-athletic fans want to know....

Failure to bend knees in establishing base to jump. And lack of strength.
