Skogman
Reports out he is headed to DePaul
Re: Skogman
A very fine player. Really hated not to see him playing down the stretch this past season. Tough way to end his career here. Good luck!

Great new coach. He will turn it around. Good guy to play for.

Re: Skogman
Didn't he lose his last 18 straight?

Re: Skogman
My bad, he only lost his last 18 in a row in road games. Maybe he's good. Just a bit under .600 for his career.

Not sure why DePaul fell off the map.collegecoach8502 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 9:51 amGreat new coach. He will turn it around. Good guy to play for.
Trivia question: which team was the last winner of the NCAA men's third-place game? (DePaul is not the correct answer.)

Re: Skogman
Good percentage considering it started at Gardner-Webb

Decent. Ohio State was happy to be rid of him. Maybe DePaul is the right place for him.collegecoach8502 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 5:18 pmGood percentage considering it started at Gardner-Webb

Re: Skogman
I've had the pleasure to chat with Skogman a few times.
Just a great and engaging young man. He really appreciated playing for Davidson, esp. after playing for Buffalo.
He played five games this year after fracturing a bone in his foot (the Navicular bone, for you orthopedic surgeons).
From what I gathered, the first time it showed up in an MRI the doctor thought it was a shadow.
That injury changed our season. Drastically.
